@greenfulvia it's basically a spicy red stew made with meat, beans, chili peppers (where chili gets its name) and other ingredients depending on where you have it. although it is an american dish, it's typically eaten in the south (texas, lousiana etc.) i live in miami so we don't eat it at all here xD
