That is pretty damn cool that you wrote your own software for that. What kind of cable do you use hook up the scanner to the PC? Serial?

If you are going to buy a scanner, go with the Uniden BCT15. Well worth the money. (unless your city is mostly digital than get the digital model)

agreed hudon boy i got a ubc 105 xlt and it proforms gr8 for a handheld whats the frequency for ambulances over there is 166.000 over here
