Times have changed, but over the last 70 years we have built millions of council houses and today we recognise a need for affordable and social housing. Why can’t we provide suitable sites for anyone who wishes to live in a caravan/mobile home? Seems like a cost-effective way of easing the housing shortage to me.

We provide social housing for rent, so why not provide pitches for rent for people who have their own caravan. Times have changed, but over the last 70 years we have built millions of council houses and today we recognise a need for affordable and social housing. Why can’t we provide suitable sites for anyone who wishes to live in a caravan/mobile home? Seems like a cost-effective way of easing the housing shortage to me.

We provide social housing for rent, so why not provide pitches for rent for people who have their own caravan. I’m not a Gypsy nor a Traveller, but if I needed to live in a cost-effective way, buying a caravan would be a useful option.

They didnt lose, they halted the eviction for a month! And they have moved a few feet over! And they have much compensation coming to them! And there is some of them still living on the site! And this shows who lost and who won...where has all the money gone to give the people such a vast payday...i wished i was living on there £80,000-100,000 in the next few years is something i wouldnt mind.

They delayed the eviction by a month regardless of how they did it...it was delayed!
