How refreshing to see good practice being promoted. Out of interest in the UK 'service users' *must* have an individualised care plan, i.e.documentation of their needs and how they are to be met. An agency worker would therefore refer to each person's care plan in order to care for them effectively (and keep themselves safe). Is there an American equivalent?
Im not a carer but i clean for a lady who has Dementia. It helps to know a little more about it
