Hi there, It is very likely that you "over did" it with the Rebounding session that you describe. This is a tricky thing with Rebounding: It is just so much fun and there is a possibility to go over your body's limits if you do not listen carefully to your body. My recommendation is to do exercises in little sequences. Especially when you are trying out a new exercise. Just do it for 15 seconds and then stop and watch your body. And if your body likes it, then do next time some more seconds.
I just bought a reabounder trampoline, I''ve been exercising with it for almost two weeks, I love it, except, the other day, I was pretending to do jump rope while on the rebounder, and I started feeling a little pain in my back between my shoulder blades, I don't have back problems, could it be that I was over doing it?
