  • You have a stunning garden.

    Well looked after.

  • great garden!!

did you know that you can use the same tomatoes cages for the cucumber and beans, it work pretty well it saves space...

    keep posting videos!!

    thanks!!

  • Yes I have seen people use cages around there cucmbers. I have never tried it.

  • can I plant Cucumber from the seeds in the Cucumber that I buy in the store or do I have to buy the seeds at a plant store

  • You can try it but I would just buy the seed they arnt that expensive. With my short growing season I Just buy them. Also you have to dry them and stuff before you can plant them.

  • secret is good soil. The black stuff is landscape fabric helps warn=m the soil and block weeds.

  • Your garden was so big and beautiful... Please what was your secret..... also can you tell me the purpose of the black tarp is?

  • I pick my cabbage when it starts to crack or split.

  • gr8 garden. the cabbage are huge and the onions

too. I tilled half my garden so far for the fall but need some more rain to soften up the ground. keep up the gr8 work.

  • I'm so impressed with how huge cabbages get. I hope mine will do as well. Please check out my garden updates sometime. I'm growing red onions this year. How do you know when they are ready to pull?

  • I'm also impressed on how big the cabbage has grown. Although, I just came home from being away for a week and the cabbage worms have started eaten at the cabbage. Onions are ready to pick when the tops fall.

  • Very nice! I'm still waiting on something...anything to mature to the point where I can eat it! We've had our fill of lettuce, but that's about the only thing we've eaten out of the garden so far...

  • I have a ton of peppers and the cucumbers are just starting. Thanks

  • Might be a silly question, but I've noticed that you have some flowers (orange and white) all over, are they just for decoration or are they planted there for a reason? I just started my first garden this year, I'm 19, male, so have no clue about gardening, I'm learning as I go. I have 9 tomato plants, 3 chili plants, 1 cucumber plant, and 1 cantaloupe plant.

I will be uploading a video of my garden soon, and see if I can get some tips from more experienced gardeners.

    I really like your garden.!

  • Those flowers are marigolds. They help fend off bugs. So I plant them through out the garden.

  • Thank You, I did some additional research on marigolds and I am going to get some tomorrow, I don't think I have any bugs yet, but I know they will be coming.

  • My sunflowers are just blooming, they're about 6 foot tall. I'm waiting for my potatoes to finish off too. Your onions look great :0 mine all dies this year.

  • I'm so glad that you posted! I have been looking forward to your garden update videos. I love them so very much. I hope one day to have a garden as nice as yours. :)

  • Wow Tammie those bell peppers look great as does everything else!

  • Thanks for watching. Im going on vacation for 7 days I hope the garden will be ok, its gonna have to fend for its self.
