  • Great form. Shut up retarded Youtube form police nay-sayers.

  • leg movement = bad

  • yeah hes right your back should stay npara to floor and stiff legs dont bob

  • There should be NO leg movement. Your legs should stay static the whole time. Your knees are moving forward.

  • Just one question, why are you taking up the entire rack just to do rows? There's no need for it, someone might want to use it for what it's meant for....

  • because hes "one" of those guys.. you know what i mean

  • Only thing I'd say is that Pendlay rows prescribe the exaggerated back arch dynamic, sort of like emulating the rowing for crew.

The hip movement im sure you realize, but you might wanna try giving yourself the "chest out" cue as you do the movement to get that back position Pendlay prescribes.

    Great vid

  • I may be a bit late for this, but just so you know, you should keep your hips still throughout the whole row.

If you notice, there is a movement in your hips which hueyot has mentioned.

  • nope. You need some hip extension initially to drive the force up. What you don't need it the knee movement.

  • You have this weird movement in your legs when you perform the exercise. You also try to lower your abdomen towards the bar as you approach the top of the movement. My advice: be careful not relax your lower back and allow flexion of the spine. The only moving parts when performing this exercise should be your arms/lats and maybe a little lower back extension to give some initial momentum.

  • Glen would be happy

  • Cool, thanks for stopping in lencho!

  • Nice form!

  • Why the "lol"?
