I've never so quickly become addicted to a band. Something about the nervous energy and scariness is so hauntingly perfect that I announce my presence in rooms humming these songs. It's like these songs are playing in my ears without the iPod being there at all. Wonderful to see Spencer so totally lost in his art on stage. Can't wait for the West Coast tour in June.

I've seen them twice and it was... pure fantasy. Incredible. Jordan (drums, guitar) also has a band named Magic Weapon who opened the second time I saw them, and they're amazing as well. Their "Residue Hymns" EP should be in the hands of every Sunset Rubdown fan.

If you were to listen to the studio version you would be blown away at what he does with his voice.
