@pasxizeis I know, it's a bit childisch to do so. Everyone likes his own genre. I appreciate rakim's skills, and know it takes much more talent and ability to make the music he makes than for some mac miller or wiz khalifa music. Though I like both at different times. Music is meant to be listened to if you want to. I got to admit I like those commercial songs with basslines/ catchy hooks like black and yellow when I'm at a party. why should I lie about it? But I'm able to tell the difference.

@pasxizeis I know, it's a bit childisch to do so. Everyone likes his own genre. I appreciate rakim's skills, and know it takes much more talent and ability to make the music he makes than for some mac miller or wiz khalifa music. Though I like both at different times. Music is meant to be listened to if you want to. I got to admit I like those commercial songs with basslines/ catchy hooks like black and yellow when I'm at a party. why should I lie about it? But I'm able to tell the difference.

Just be glad you can tell the difference between real music that comes from the heart and music that is made to portray a materialistic lifestyle because it's sad that most people can't tell the difference and only listens to mainstream music.
