@65tallmax You get a talented soldier (2 specialities from the beginning) and promote him to your underboss, then he has learned 2 additional skills = 4 Skills. If you can't find talented soldiers, then search on youtube for "Godfather 2 Talented Crew".

@Yooki97 no, there is no guy that have 3 abillities, theres is a only 6 guys in this game have 2 auto abillities, you can get 2 more guys, 1 is can archived by Pre ordering this game (you can found the key on google), and 1 more is my favorite, jimmy lira. he was jack of all trades, he have 4 skill Arsonist/ Medic/Safecracker/Engineer, if you promote him to underboss, you can make a super made man. you can get him by DLC
