Also I feel that this should be a four finger roll instead of a two finger... It seems like you're setting people up with bad habits that will make advancing harder in favor of smaller, more immediate results
@goodwyrd10 I think the three-finger roll (you meant three, I think, rather than four) is good for even, flowing tunes and that kind of pseudo-flamenco stuff, and also for people who want to be Jake Shikamburo when they grow up. If you want to play a ragtime tune, you have to emphasize syncopation. Perhaps if you'd heard the original song I was adapting it would help.
