  • I've been using Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a long time and it's only done wonders to my skin. No oilies (:

  • i wash my face(my entire face) every night with evoo(this only). its good for all skin types, including oily! i had oily skin and my face is dryer since ive been using the olive oil. & if i have a break out or something i mix the olive oil with some castor oil. removes all my make up, dirt, bacteria, etc(look up the oil cleansing method on google for more info). you can also use vaseline to remove eye make up.

  • Does it sting your eyes others on your eyes?

  • @Hollisterfan03 it kinda stings!

  • Olive oil is good for you because if you have dry skin or something it will moisturise your skin nd it is a natural product so its the best for you also i use almond oil sometimes to take off my makeup and it works really good :)

  • i use olive oil too!! :)

  • Will it take off waterproof mascara? Or non waterproof?

  • haha are you kinda drunk in this?

  • I use the neutrogena eye makeup remover it works great. As far as olive oil is concerned I guess it is good for your skin lol I dunno for a fact either but I might try it one day. But just a lil tip since u r a beautiful girl....lots of guys dont like girls with dark eye makeup they prefer the natural look but hey I sumtimes do the dark eyes when I go out so Im not meaning to be cruel...just a side note on that. thanks girl for ur videos

  • my biology tutor explained to me that using olive oil as a makeup remover is healthy for your eyes, but if you apply to your face make sure to wash your face with a cleanser right after you take off your makeup.

  • @ministarlight def!

  • Organic sweet almond oil - great for skin and hair. Organic baby oil is also good - usually has a blend of sweet almond, lavender and orange. Do not get the ones with all the chemicals or petroleum - I wouldn't even put that on a baby!

  • I'm not gonna lie to you, in fact I'm being 100% honest...you..are..plain..out..BEAUTIFUL!! Makeup or no makeup, you look sooo prettyyy! I wish I could look like you:( Great vid(:

  • @brookearnold99 thank you!!

  • baby oil is a good one takes off waterproof mascara too :)

  • how old are you guys now? in college?

  • @lovelivelaughtaylor 23 yes im still in college.

  • i like to put olive oil in my hair, it works so well :)

  • I use baby wipes, they're amazing :)

  • i really like yur make up here tho (: still looks good even after removing your shadow (:

  • @deliaBEAUTY <3ty

  • If the olive oil breaks u out... Try extra virgin olive oil it's even better.. Dats wat I use

  • i tried doing this once after watching a michelle phan video except it gave me the worst break out...so i stopped.

  • @mscaledonia what type of skin do u have???oily or dry

  • When you took off the eyeshadow and just had eyeliner and mascara, I kinda liked it better :))

  • What kind of foundation do you use???

  • soooo cleaaaan! i'll try it out. thanks jess! :D

  • I cha cha the olive oil and it said it's good for your skin.

  • can you use it to take off face makeup too, or just eye makeup?

  • will olive oil cause breakouts??

  • hey i heard from michelle phan that olive oil might clog your pores but extra virgin will not so your using the right one. and also baby oil clogs pores so dont use that :)

  • i use cetaphil gentle skin cleanser for all skin types.

  • I use makeup remover...

  • u look better with out the black eye shadow

  • Olive oil burned my eyes :/

  • Haha I didn't really count but I'm pretty sure you said "let me know if..." like six or seven times. Sorry I just thought it was funny.

  • how good does olive oil work to take off water proof makeup ?

  • Oil can clog your eye glands!! Its really painful it happened to me from using makeup remover... You should only wash off eye make up with soap and water... I use baby shampoo

  • holy. you look SO pretty without all of that eyeshadow. it looks good, but you look better natural :)

i use vaseline to take off my makeup.

  • @browneyedgurl494 aww ty bebeh

  • I like using grape seed oil too. it works very well

  • what camp do you go to? also, i really like the dark makeup on you lol idk why people are saying it looked better after. looks great both ways hahaha

  • I just use lotion. haha

  • I use Vaseline. For me, it takes off my mascara and eyeliner, so of course it works with eye shadow too :) oooh, and it works to take off lipstick!

  • Hey pretty, i do half olive oil, have witch hazel. The perfect and inexpensive makeup remover ever!!

  • it doesnt take off mascara:/

  • Despite what others think with the dark rock star look .. I like you either way !

  • personally i think ur hair looks hot regardless lol

  • Olive oil works amazing! :D

  • I just use lotion any face lotion will do to take my eye Makeup off. But i cant use olive oil because my face is already oil aha but btw your very pretty

  • I used olive oil to remove my make-up before and I think it's pretty decent. It would be really good if you only have a little make-up but if you wear a lot, then I would say I'd rather use a make-up remover.

  • Olive oil is like 4 dollars for a little jar.Maek up remover wipes are cheaper.

  • i use extra virgin olive oil too! works better than any make up remover.

if you use it on you're face too you should use extra virgin olive oil since it has less of a chance of clogging your pores than other oils. Also, if you use it on your face try to but the extra virgin olive oil that comes in a dark green or dark brown glass container. It keeps the nutrients in which can help your skin look healthier.

  • OMIGOD! now i know your voice sounds so much like Kristin Kruek's voice <3

  • i use vaseline

  • i do the same think to remove my make up. i use olive oil <3

  • Is it okay even if I have oily skin?

  • @AntiqueHessa cleanse your face with a cleanser after using the oil and you'l be fine :)

  • Olive oil is amazing for your skin! I have a question though, can i use a regular cotton ball? Or is that not good?

  • @camilletwentyseven thats ok!

  • simple NIVEA creme is good to remove makeup and it doesn't hurt the eyes. I have very sensitive eyes and it's amazing (: also I use rose water as a toner and to remove facial make up, it's super cheap and it cleans the face really well plus it smells amazing.

  • i use baby wipes, works best, and is good for you skin. x

  • I think you're much prettier without the dark makeup

  • friend works at a company and says make up remover deteriorates its metal containers at factories eventually. which is scary to think about what it could do to skin esp. eyes. natural > chemicals. i use olive oil too.

  • you should check out Kandee johnson's vid for making your own make up remover she uses olive oil and witch hazel v.good. i find olive oil great at taking off my make up, i wash my face after to get the oil off then lightly dab some more on the dry areas of my face to hydrate them while im asleep (Y)

  • @blackmonroe123 i wash my face afterwards too!

  • Olive oil is one of those magical substances that is good for almost everything.

What usually happens with drugstore products is that when they reach your pores, all the chemicals sink through your skin and into your body, white the fatty extra stuff is left to sit on your face because it's too heavy to go through the proes (clogged pore). So yeah I think olive oil is a really great option just don't overdo it.

  • You remind me of Ke$ha so much.

  • I use a store brand cold cream or a store brand makeup-removing cloth. I think both work pretty well. Although when removing eye makeup with the cold cream you have to be careful to not get it in your eye accidentally or it will hurt really bad!

I heard that EVOO is good for taking makeup off..i'm just afraid of it getting in my eyeball or being too oily for me.

  • I <3 YOU ! You rock and your gorgeous!

  • Why do you use olive oil instead of regular makeup remover? Is it because you think it's cheaper or it just works better or what? And also, why is there a black box around your video? And btw you actually look really pretty without any eyeshadow on!

  • Cold cream. :3

You just smooth it on your face, and then take it off with a tissue or toilet paper.

It also makes your skin more hydrated.

  • awsome

  • @ilyjessicaomg

does this get the whole makeup off your eye ? because, i considered in wearing makeup but, im afraid and the reason why is because, i see people who wear makeup and when they take it off it's still there like it sunk deep into their eye or sum..

  • lol you look funny with only one eye done.

aha i cant help but find that funny :)

xx great vid im actually going to ttry this out for my face!

  • i use olive oil on my hair xd but idk about face o.o

  • i use olive oil everyday. extra virgin, walmart brand. LOL. it works amazing, just as well as the lancome/clinique makeup removers i've used.

i'm too cheap to buy makeup remover and don't wanna put all those chemicals on my skin. i also use olive oil on the ends of my hair and add some in when i wash my brushes (thanks to michellephan hahah) it's also great for cooking since it's healthy.

  • Deer god. OIL IS OIL.

Too much oil for your skin is BAD. You'll start breaking out.

  • @DawnLiKESDiNORawrs unless you wash your face with a god oil free cleanser afterwards...........

  • I use vaseline to take my eye makeup off but i'm gonna try this!

  • You're looking for a dupe? lol

  • i was just wondering if olive oil could be used for removing makeup! yay!!

  • I've never thought of using olive oil until now. I think I will try it tomorrow night. Thanks for the tip!

  • WHATTTTT THE HELL IS UP WITH YOUR HAIRRRR LMAAAAAAOOOOO?

  • @mrsbitchhh it's bc i had it up in a mohawk type of hair style for rock star day! did you see my rock star fashion of the day? you're question will be answered after you see how i wore it all day!

  • @ilyjessicaomg i think it looks really nice :) big hair IS AWSOME ! xx

  • @mrsbitchhh she kinda also says why in the beginning of her videoo..

  • i tried this tonight with a navy blue smokey eye... LOVE!

  • @montrealmakeup NICE!~!!! :D

  • olive oil is good for your skin as far as i know! but isnt it expensive? any alternatives?

  • @mcory987 you can use regular make up remover from the store if you want, i use olive oil and i just buy it from the grocery store for like $3

  • @mcory987 olive oil is a lot cheaper than make up removals, you can buy a big bottle than will last longer than branded make up removers at a cheaper price

  • @mblabezza aah okay! thank you!

  • yes i have use extra virgin olive oil, same brand, for a couple of years and i have never had a problem with it, I love it

  • Vaseline works great too! i love it for eye makeup

  • you're actually supposed to place the cotton pad with olive oil (or any makeup remover you have) on your eyelid with eyes closed of course for at least 20 seconds for less rubbing which can cause premature wrinkles. letting the cotton pad sit on your eyelid will let the solution spread and soak on it's own! ^_^

  • oil can make your eyelashes fall out

  • WHAT CAMERA DO YOU USE??! PLEASE REPLY!!

  • @musicgrls2 a nikon coolpix L110

  • OMG SO TRYIN THIS..THANKX!!!!!!!!!!! ALSO U LOOK AWSOME...

  • @ghool10000 tysm bebeh!

  • I use the Neutrogena make up remover wipes, there really good!

  • I use olive oil too but I use a really soft paper towel to remove my makeup. I use your same method but afterwards I leave it on my eye for a few seconds to let the makeup break down and then I use one finger wrapped around the towel, dipped in a bit of oil, and gently wiggle it under my lashes from root to tip a few times.

  • You still had a tooooon of mascara on.

  • @GlamourChick109 yeah i know :D i just didnt want to keep recording bc it would a long time explaining the same thing over and over to take it all off you know?

  • @GlamourChick109 yeah i find i have to wash my face before it comes off, It takes a bit more effort than e/e and liner but the olive oil does make it easier

  • @GlamourChick109 she said at the end you have to do this many times...

  • @GlamourChick109 read what she put at the end.

  • you can also use vasaline

  • i mix olive oil and baby oil, and have seperate bottle with honey and carrot in it that i keep in the fridge for an exfoliating wash. I recommend trying it jess!

  • hey gorgeous =)

  • I use baby shampoo to take off my eye makeup. It works really well, but you just have to be careful not to get it in your eye.

  • can you make an updated everyday makeup (eyes, face, etc) routine video please?

  • you look better without dark makeup...i wanna see how you look with just mascara on(:

  • Oh jessica what a wonderful tip! Will definitely use! Thanks babe! <3
