what you should do is put a small bowl of water out ther for her to drink. shes probuly dieing of thurst. or you could cach her in a humane trap and keep her in a big birds cage :D

Nonetheless, it's still cute. But with it being wild and all there is a chance it could spread disease in your house/to your pets(if you have any) if you do catch it. Especially if it bites you or something.
@pippy1994 True, I only has one snake in my yard but it seemed that it had it's snack and was resting on one of my bushes, I think it was a black racer or black rat snake so we just watched it sleep there XD But yes try to make a artificial home when you do, and I would suggest try baiting the trap with oats and put her in a pet carrier if you have one. But of course this is my hypothesis XD I never caught one, I only got rodents as pets
