VII will follow the story of the 7th book (if it ever happens), where we follow the path of han and leia's son (dont remember his name) as he is trained by Luke at his jedi training pavilion (once again, I'm not a nerd, I read the back of the book when I saw it at walmart). The training base is attacked, luke and his nephew escape, luke is apparently leader of all jedi now or something, and at the end of the 9th book they finally kill Darth Sidious

Quite honestly, I approve of UEAW v4 shrinking the SSD to 70% of it's normal size. It makes it easier to move and it's still bigger than everything else (excluding Eclipse) and is still collosal compared to starfighters. If that's bothersome then you imagination needs a better workout, you've obviously been neglecting it for a while IMO.

Personally, I don't mind how the ships look in FoC or UEAW v4. The scale problem doesn bother me because it gives your imagination something to adjust to for a change. I don't like how everyone wants the perfect game where ships are perfectly to scale and every detail of the ships are visible right down to the bazillion lazer turrets on a SSD with rotating action. It's a game, not a movie.

what i hate about eaw, foc, and UEAW v4 is the fighters are to big and such. the size and detail is really poor unless u get a mod

true, and you can´t see the main guns of the most big ships turn and shoot, but if the fighters had original size, they were invisible in standard camera position

rebel buddy... *hugs* though... how do you make your fleets... fighters or large ships... seriously never bother with anything thats not a fighter... they go down to quickly and a force of 25 X-wings can kill a super star destroyer within 1 minute if done properly so why bother with anything else...

The ships are somehow too close. Don't they have greater firing range than that? And again, no one is flanking the enemy. Jesus, man, just wait for me to get this game. I have been kicking the enemy in LOTR 1 and LOTR2, Flight simulations of all kinds, Battle Engine Aquila, Call of duty 2... This is nothing but a 3D strategy... You can flank from any direction... Right?

I've had this game sense it came out... And honestly when facing a computer (Like he is..) Flanking isn't required in the least... And the ships are close because the computer is retarded... even on hard they generally just throw everything they have at your face with little to no tactics... They just do it sooner on hard

i don't know i programmed mine to use simple tactics... but subtly... i hate hard mode now... do you know how long it takes for a force over 200 x-wings and 75 y-wings to destroy a level 5 station and 3 super star destroyes... not to mention 5 of the interdictor class i mean damn it it takes forever... i retried that battle 2 days ago and nearly lost the computer tried something i hadn't thought of it somehow got 2 broadside cruisers i missed and brought them in behind me and i don't know how

The planet is not called the mon calimari it is just a forest moon the mon calimari is the rebel alliance's big and main ship.

@septje they are the same thing, Dac and Mon Calamari are the same thing, both names givent to the planet, though i belive one is the native tongue and one is the galactic basic, Mon calimari is 'also' the name given to the alliance cruisers.

Those are the official colors of the Empire and Rebellion. They both have symbols and the Empire has blue in their symbol while the Rebellion has red in their symbol.
