I am on my 31st day and I am finding that I am feeling hungry. It started about a four or five days ago. . .any suggestions. Also I notice if I go walking a little more than I usually do I have a gain in the morning... do you have any idea what that is about?
@ailanamolina Are you getting closer to your ideal weight? You may need to up your protein a little. I was the same way with any exercise...I would stall or gain.
I am researching the HCG Diet right now. I have also done everything known to man and have lost around 10 pounds at a time but always go back up, even while on the same program. The doctor said I don't have a Thyroid problem so I am frustrated. I eat healthy and stay within 1200-1500 calories a day. So looks like HCG. Now I need to learn how. I will be following your blogs mamaclok for information. Thanks for your honesty.
Good for you girl! Next vlog can you report about your inches lost? I am on day 22 with 22lbs. gone. I haven't taken my measurements again since I started but I can really tell a difference in my pants. So I was interested in what you and others have noticed.
You be kickin booty on the booty diet, Lady! Good job! Keep hangin in there, your drops continue to be consistent, so no reason to P3 it any time soon. Notice how meat gets to be a drag? Yup, you may be a budding veggieHead!

Props to you guys bigtime, you are truly an inspiration to me and I am sooooo happy for you. I have been watching all your videos (mamaclok, sheepra, delmem, justsom3dud3) and I am very grateful for the information and entertainment!!! Hang in there, I have been doing thsi for just over a year via a clinic (went from 227 to 136), so I am now trying to meld what I have learned from them with what you guys are doing to get things finished. Thanks so much :) they do a 800 calorie low glycemic (3 meals, 2 snacks) program 1/2 hr a day exercise. I checked the ketostix just trace amounts there, I was getting 4 lbs/week and then 4 mos in it slowed to between 1.5 and 2 lbs a week. The sculpting from the HCG has been awesome and consistent.

Well...Sorry to report...I didnt do any measuring at all. But...I can for sure tell that inch by inch I'm getting thinner yay!!!
