i dont understand you ppl yall comparing cp3 with nash ,dwill , rondo, and rose. but yall dont under stand that he has nobody. those other pg have ppl that can score ,like allen peirce, richardson boozer, that hinrich guy n okur that center can shoot. but wat does cp3 have . and if he do get good ppl that means MORE assist. MORE steals. and i bet he can score 20-30 maybe more. so its not even a match with him hands down the best.

@localboysop Oscar moved back and forth between the shooting gaurd and point gaurd positions.....he indeed was a great player......but I believe if he was to be labeled as a point gaurd or a shooting gaurd it would be a shooting gaurd.......he was not a pure point gaurd in the sense of Stockton, Thomas, Nash or Cousy.....Magic of course could line up many different positions....

@localboysop Im doing some research on Oscar right now....181 Career Triple Doubles......nobody will ever come close to that.....however....from what I have found.....Oscar was not a true point gaurd and he could and did play many positions....obviously the offense went through Oscar thus he had about 10 assists every game he played....he seems to be one of the most versatile players ever.....looking at the stats....probably the most versatile player ever......

Rajon Rondo always been my favorite Pg even back when the Big 3 first arrvied to Boston...Rajon Rondo is the PG of the future...but damn... i can never front on CP3...CP3 and Rondo games are so similar...only thing Rondo lacks is a consistent jumpshot....but when Rondo finally gets that jumpshot...Cp3 look out...ur spot for number 1 PG in the leauge is gonna be up for grabs cuz Rondo is on ur heels!

@BXthug09 I think Rondo is good and cool , But common the PG of the Future? He can't shoot . If you put CP3 on the Celtics they would never loose. All Rondo is missing is a shot and then he can compete with the CP3 , Nash, Darron Williams of the game. Not to mention Rondo has a great team around him that lets him play like a QB like he used to be back in the day. He can throw a play action by penetrating when hes not passing.

@BXthug09 Rondo is good but u hav to remember rondo is surrounded by three great players...he is good but he isnt as good as everyone is making him out to be in my opinion the only reason he average 14 points per game is the defender has to cut off any pass to three other players who can score...in my opinion the future of the NBA PG spot is point guards lik Derek Rose, Brandon Jennings, and maybe John Wall if he succeed

@BXthug09 rondo lead the league in steals this year, but if you look at totals cp3 had about 20-30 more than rondo in both years he was leading the league. Rondo can finish but has a very unreliable jumper and 3pt shot, which cp3 just destroys. Rondo may be a top 5 pg but wont even come close to cp3

@BXthug09 Rondo may not put up o'd big numbers in the regular season but he puts up crazy numbers when in counts the most and thats the playoffs...Rondo pretty much owned the playoffs the last 2 years....averaging damen near a triple double.....17 points 10 assist...9 rebounds....3 steals.....WOW....and that 17 can go up to 20 when he gets his jumpshot down pact.....

@BXthug09 but rondo does it on a team with greats like KG, pierce, and ray allen. guys who can knock down shots at a high rate and guys who have been around for along time. chris paul would easily average 11 assists per game if playing for boston. and rondo def would not excell on a bad team. rondo is great, to me the 3rd best pg, but he cant shoot (including ft's), is turnover machine, and isnt as crisp as nash or chris paul in his ball handling or passing.

@dmun5587red123 Rondo plays with the the big 3...u right but at the same time..Rondo is the face of the Boston Celtics...with the big 3 on that team Rondo Runs shit....if Ray Allen was the Ray allen of the Bucks and Seattle Rondo would average 12 assist per game...Ray Allan fell off...Paul Pierce is slowly declining and KG have not been the Same KG since he got injured 2 years ago..Rondo pretty much led that team to the finals...if Boston was to win the Finals who do u think wouldve won MVP???

@BXthug09 Are you kidding? It's a team effort!! The Big 3, despite showing signs of aging, still managed to put up decent numbers in the playoffs!! Rondo might have emerged as the best Celtic in the playoffs but without the Big 3, I believe the Celtics could not have been able to reach the Finals!!

It not just numbers its numbers in big games. Remember that steal he got diving on the ball. that was worth more at that time than any play ive seen in recent memory. before that people were still hedging thier bets on the Celts but after that it was obvious that they were the best in the east.
