I completely support projects like Lavasa! This is only a tiny bit compared to what is actually required to house the growing urban population in India. Otherwise the existing cities are going to collapse onto themselves. Environment is a concern but if you can't stop the population growth then you can't stop the cities. If you want environment only and nothing else, then better send the population to gas chambers. That is the only other option.
