When employers are required to put injured staff on "light-duties" the employer may simply state that no light duty work exists, and sack the worker as unable to fulfill specified duties.
Demand that WORKERS COMP be scrutinized of guilt in administrative cases and administrative complaints, when WORKERS COMP failed to consider a basic and elemental rule or principle in the discharge of administrative duties.
These negligent deeds are gross and inexcusable. It is further noted that any or all of these deeds have resulted in undue injury and suffering to an injured workers.
Duty to accommodate is a fucken joke, their are so many loop-holes out of this is incredible. Employers can make up bullshit stories to get out of accommodating the injured worker.
Human Rights are very hard to get any action out of also, they make the rules up as they go, so your pretty much out of luck.

And, although I was prescribed these drugs, WCB accepts no responsibility for what they have done to me, or what I have done while on them! Their reasoning is that I chose to take these drugs, and the amount I was on. Always as prescribed. What a joke! If they had promised pain relief, I would have agreed to having the arm, shoulder, and blade removed. They can't believe I allowed 3 ganglion blocks! I don't even remember them. The worst is they don't want me to continue writing things--cont.
Memory loss, not remembering, depression, loss of power to properly communicate, severe changes of personality. And returned to work. Its amazing what narcotic pain relief medication will do to one. A common complaint is that WCB sends people to continue the pre-injury life, without finding out the truth of what effect their meds are having on them. I never took other than across the counter, prescribed medication in my life. Now oxycontin, methadone, and mood swings are the new me. Cont.
