Tokyo blows up too much in Anime, they need to show one that shows how they rebuild it from scratch the next day to prepare it for the next time it blows un in another Anime series.

Rome wasn't built in a day, but as often as animes blow up Tokyo, I'm begining to think Tokyo was.

I think it's pretty much canon (yes, seriously) now that anytime our resident AMV director/announcer for the con takes the stage..... Murphy's Law kicks in. Somehow, some way, it always does. Like this year's skipping a AMV and having to go back to it. It never fails.

Yet he still kicks ass as the announcer. And I'll still keep yelling comebacks at him occasionally (DANCE YOU FOOL!) due to him being awesome.

Do you mean the convention itself or Team Sakura? I am sure if the can find Team Sakura members willing to go, or already live in NY that they'd promote there. Sakuracon is a Washington state based anime convention. It doesn't move like Worldcon. I don't see it moving any time soon out of state, though even if it did I think it would probubly move somewhere that is still closer to Washington state since that is where a majority of the executives and staff live.

Yeah, making sense wasn't the point. It was just there to get a crowd of eager AMV lovers ready for this year's new entries - and I thought it a did a fine job of accomplishing that (the cheers, clapping, and laughter in that dark room confirmed it). Glad the room was bigger this year.
