the whole reason she was sick is the footage before this that this video doesn't show, she was wired up and dragged through the air above the fans, doing that and singing is quite easily enough to upset ones stomach

WoW, Probably a combination of the environment, stress and flying. Also in all the rush of touring she may have skipped a meal ( she was flat out with interviews and rehearsals from the moment she arrived).
