I don't know. I thought this was a very cool song by them. I didn't look at it as better or worse than their earlier work, but rather different. It definitely showed a more mature side of them. They broke up mainly because they grew apart. Rachel Bolen (the bassist) wanted to be more punk rock and hard while Bach wanted to stay true to Skid Row form. It's a shame they didn't try to work things out.
