Pretty cool to see him ministering. Shows how great of an actor he be. You see him being his old nasty self, but truly is/was a nice person

It took God 14 months to answer Blanchard's call? What a dick! Or perhaps Blanchard just wasn't ambitious enough to get his act together. And why would four different churches hire an inexperienced speaker to speak, and about what? His wrestling career? His coke habit? .....I got it, it was God's help! I think Blanchard is embellishing a bit. But whatever works, good for him!

Good for Tully Blanchard. It truly is amazing what God can do in a person's life. I am convinced that many people have to sink to the lowest point of their lives before they let God take over and turn them around.

I have seen Tully wrestle many times on the old Jim Crockett Promotion cards. Greenwood & Columbia, SC. Norfolk & Hampton, VA. I have also heard him preach twice in my hometown and he was awesome. I know that he has had some trials since (marriage issues), but he has managed to hold his head high.

After his wife leaves him, he goes and wrestles, and after the match, "drinks and snorts himself to 'numb the pain.' " In my opinion, despite the "life of luxury" that's presented on the OUTSIDE, looks like sports-entertainment, or "showbiz," is as, if not MORE, painful and strenous, as a job at Walgreens, Burger King, Les Schwab, and/or Blockbuster Video.
