  • Just stating that people like me with sld (slow learning disability) this level at least of explaining everything is greatly needed. I learned more about c++ then any of the books or online stuff I read or watched about it.

  • @grant953 I am more than happy to have been of help to you. My idea was to make these videos as far reaching as possible and simultaneously serious enough for a classroom session. That's why I for example ditch the whole computer thing, as it would just make things more demanding.

  • i had the idea that my brain would just fall out but this isent this hard as yet

  • I'm more impressed with your command of the English language than that of C++, but still a good job.

  • Good. Thanks!

  • we need more videos

  • Do I type these in notepad? I have totally no idea about programming. Thanks and r u Russian?

  • @VaiographyCA Hi, C++ and many other languages have to be compiled to be interpreted by the computer, in order to do that you will need a compiler or a Program to write C++, I would personaly reccomend Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 express or Code::Blocks.

  • 6 parts holy crap

  • @blakessunglasses

The programs in these videos were not meant to be executed by the computer, and for that reason all except the very first one will not compile.

They're just missing a little bit of magic that I decided better not to include :)

However, there are many great freely available tutorials online that teach you how to setup your development environment and compile C++ programs. You'll undoubtedly find your answers there.

    Best of luck!

  • What about the #include command. These commands don't work in my complier.

  • @blakessunglasses

the include comand or #include is a form of calling in a library for example the library iostream contains the command cout and cin so you would call it like so #include iostream

  • @blakessunglasses

you can also call files or fucntions with this although is a more complex thing well not really but you must know who to do it

  • You have done an excellent job!!! I am looking forward to see more of your videos!

  • the way you explained is very easy to understand .

    Thank you!
