You want the boarder to be set up? Why not hire the people who built the Great Wall of China? They seemed pretty capable about defending large areas. The boarders can't be protected. They can't. They won't build a fence because the fence would be built by illegal immigrants getting paid significantly lower, and then the fence would just be broken through within a few minutes.
