More than likely that would be from the insane amount of ballistic-grade steel used to armor the limo along with the ballistic-grade bulletproof glass.. I worked for a few years at a company that made bulletproof limos and SUVs and let me tell you, those doors get really heavy really fast once you fit the glass in there and weld the steel into the door.
