I actually like this version. If you want heart-breaking ballads there are hundreds & thousands of those songs/versions. This has a perfect, calming & serene vibe to it which is much harder to come by. :)

It is nice though I have to say the Fugees are still my favourite with this song. Might be just because I heard it in my youth and have since then never heard a better one. It's nice but not heartbreaking or really emotional. Good for a while but I like Fugees personally way better.
@PickMyBran I disagree. In my opinion her voice has more emotion than most singers of this age and she makes the song sound fresh. I don't think one has to be old to be able to sing from the heart.
@kwokeddy UGH. Have you stopped to think about how offensive that is to actual deaf people? And you know what, that person probably just didn't like the song. Shocker! I like the song myself, but at least I respect people's opinions enough to understand not everyone likes the music I do.

It's missing all of its soul. It sounds like a wedding band singing it--an amazingly good wedding band, but a wedding band just the same.
I don't feel any pain or heartbreak in her voice. It doesn't match the song at all. Hopefully, she'll retry after she's lived a few years longer.
