good effect but analyze the situation more..coz' the body kept falling even though i cud see the ground with a tree planted on it..the body should have been seen laying on the ground with some blood splatters on the window and a lil' on the ground..hope i helped you...

the only thing I see wrong is when the background gets too bright from 16-17 after the effect . The tree was dark then it gets really bright unless you was going for that effect. Really great though.

I can't send you a link for the sound, mainly because there isn't one.

The sound itself is a mix I made of the sound they used in X-men 2, and a whooshing sound that came with my computer.

I had directly recorded the X-men sound directly from the dvd, so it currently can't be found online......sorry i couldn't be of help.

That was really awesome. What kind of file-type do you put in AAE? I use AVI, but when I save it just goes blury/noisy and bad quality. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Disable openGL if it's on. I had that same problem when i started using AAE. I also found it seems better to render to the same format as your comp videos.

you can use masks, the camera doesn't move so it's easy to mask...

the thing is, the person is behind the window, in other words, the person has to be another layer(a still frame). if they use masks on the window, that would explain how the person got behind the window. An AE user wouldn't believe they actually throw him off from the roof. lol

well the way I would do this, is duplicate the video and mask the window... and between the 2 layer you put a masked picture of the guy and make it fall. Do some image color ajustement to the masked picture and there is the effect... btw, that effect was not well done... seemed like they didn't put much time on it ;)
