Pas mal cool. Ça me donne envie de retourner à la piscine. Je recommande de faire quelques cours de plongeon, ça te ferait faire de grands bonds en avant en plus de développer une certaine élégance. ça multiplie rapidement les possibilité d'apprendre quelques techniques.

@MammothBallz Le jour ou j'ai appris à faire Barani Back des 1m je suis ensuite monté directement au 3m puis au 5m puis au 7m et enfin au 10 en faisant a chaque fois EXACTEMENT le même mouvement mais de plus en plus lentement. C'est un tricks "assez" simple a faire car tu peu bien te repérer et voir arriver l'eau !

It might be a stupid question... I just started jumping from the 10meter board, I only jump in feet first. If did belly flopped from that distance how bad could it be? I cant find the courage to do what you do as bad as I want to. Should I be worried?
