  • thanks i'm making this first thing in the morning. This is right up my alley. I preach "Waste not Want not". Thank you!!!

  • You're so handsome :) My boyfriend is gonna kill me for using his Youtube account to compliment another man lol! Once again thanks for the lovely vids..We'll be using your tips and tutorials faithfully!

  • your video's are great! The Citrus that set loose make a GREAT Meat Marinade or Dressing for Salads if you don't wish to reprocess :)

  • One more tip: If you want "pectin juice" to thicken/set marmalade, use the greenest apples possible. I have apple trees in the garden and collect all the tiny first ones that drop with the wind.

  • a kilo to a litter? how is one supposed to measure the litters in a boiling liquid? besides, what is a litter (on the far side of the atlantic here!). can you be more international (and practical), such as, how many cups of sugar to how many cups of liquid (before bringing it to the boil?

  • @hotboyclarence

You let the liquid cool alittle beforer you pour it into a bowl and measure it. And as far as the measuremnets go just google it and make a note on the recipe as you right it out. I am also from the far side of the Atlantic but that doesn't mean we need to behave like that. Take a step back & look it up.

Kilo conversion 1 kg = 5 cups sugar

    Liter conversion 1 liter = 4.22675282 cups

  • @gelflingfaysuzanne sorry. i didnt mean to be nasty. i like ur recipe but couldnt figure out what is what measure wise. gets frustrating when u start to actually make the thing before realizing in mid way that u dont know how to proceed, because u dont understand the style of measurement!!! cheers

  • Handy Andy! Great vid!

  • How much water to how many lemon skins?

  • @seahorse400 There is no specific measure. The way I do it is to make sure the bottom of the pan is fully covered with peel and then add sufficient water to make sure the lemons are fully emmersed.

  • @jonathanwallace Thanks, it looks great and I always have spare lemon skins, so I will give it a go!
