Hmm... Typically, Big Sister is usually who gets leaned on in the Tendo type of situation because the younger don't know any better and over emotional adults are just that irresponsible. I feel sorry for Kasumi. She is by far the most talented regular character in the series. She could do anything and do it well. (After all, she spends her spare time, self training herself in the field of Medicine with out anyone help.)

Now that may not sound like much, but have you ever read a "real" medical text book? Try it sometime and see how far you can get on your own.

What's even worse is beside taking care of just her sisters, Kasumi got to care for her worthless father too.

Happosai is physically the strongest character... Cologne is very strong too. Ranma is Strong but he often uses a smart way around things, even though he is very stupid and stubborn like most of the characters. She's beautiful, intelligent, sweet, caring, polite; you pointed out all the qualities that make Kasumi who she is.
