Its strange that those who call to the scholars today dont really know what they scholars say. The scholars of the past and present say that it is clear kufr if a ruler makes laws contrary to the laws of Allah. Maybe the unaware people who call to scholars cant see the difference between ruling and legislating and dont even understand the fatwas and interpretations of scholars of the past and present make.
The ones who make takfir of the muslim rulers they are the inheritors of the Khawaarij who rebelled against Ali bin Abi Taalib (may Allah be pleased with him). There is not a land in this world the like the land of Saudi Arabia-the land of tawhid, it is a land of goodness and the one who speaks out against it and its rulers and scholars has spoken a lie and has demonstrated his lack of islamic knowledge, may Allah preserve Saudi and its people
@dawahworks Rather it is you who is the ignorant one, Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: The Prophet said, "If somebody sees his Muslim ruler doing something he disapproves of, he should be patient, for whoever becomes separate from the Muslim group even for a span and then dies, he will die as those who died in the Pre-lslamic period of ignorance
All of the ahadith you have copied & pasted pertain to a legitimate leader of the Muslims. Ie. Khalifah or his appointees. NOt to a corrupt dog like the Saudi ruler appointed nepotistic by Britain & maintained by the USA.
It is far beyond sad that you would even compare the 2. Tsk Tsk...
@dawahworks None of the salaf rebelled against the rulers, the hadith show it is forbidden to rebel against the rulers and to speak badly of them, takfeer itself has conditions, the first is ilm, then irada, the Saudi state is a land of goodness and it is the state of tawhid, in any case rebellion against the rulers is not permitted in Islam by the quran, the sunnah and the consensus of the scholars, this is not from islam, rebellion is the way of the khawaarij
@dawahworks your speech is in error and this is a great mistake, you speak bad of the kingdom of Saudi and slander their scholars and verily you are leading people away, it is for you to fear Allah and not engage in such talk, the muslim scholars have never authorised the rebelling against the rulers, never! It is not for you to talk in such manners without knowledge, Fatwa should only be given by the ulama not by some layman who doesn't comprehend the understanding of deen, fear Allah akhi
@evilheem Using that logic then Muhammad should never have started his ministry because it was an act of rebellion against the status quo - it is ok to accept the status quo as long as it is the 'Islam' that you like and the scholars are saying things that you like?
@kawaiigardiner no, rebellion is against islam, Muhammed (peace be upon him) only destroyed the idols at makkah when he was in control of makkah, i.e he didn't destroy the idols when he received prophet-hood. It is for the muslims to listen to the scholars even if it goes against the desires, as the scholars are the people of knowledge and know the rulings of islam unlike me and you. If the scholars accept the ruler as a legitimate ruler than so should you, this is the way of the salaf
@evilheem Even if there is endemic corruption between the powers and the scholars? How do you explain the heroic battle against Yazid? Yazid, the tyrant, drunkard, pedophile, torturer, killer of Muhammad's family etc. and yet Muslim scholars stood idly by saying "better a 70 year tyranny than 1 day of fitnah!". Come on, you either prohibit the bad and promote the good or just simply pack up your bags and go home. Either Islam is a reforming force or it is used to prop up the corrupt status quo.
@kawaiigardiner it was the shia of kufa who killed Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him), he was advised by the companions such as ibn umar (may Allah be pleased with him) not to go to kufa but he was deceived by their false promises. To promote the good you must have knowledge of the good, and all praises are to Allah there are many scholars today who command the good and forbid the evil,it is clear that rebelling against the rulers creates a worst evil as was seen with iraq falling to the shia
@dawahworks Narrated Anas bin Malik: Allah's Apostle said, "You should listen to and obey, your ruler even if he was an Ethiopian (black) slave whose head looks like a raisin." It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: It is obligatory for you to listen to the ruler and obey him in adversity and prosperity, in pleasure and displeasure, and even when another person is given (rather undue) preference over you.
Whosoever sees something from his leader of sin, then let him hate whatever occurs from sin. And let him not remove his hand from obedience, since whoever removes his hand from disobedience and splits off from the Jamaa’ah (united body), then he dies the death of Jaahiliyyah
@dawahworks Hasan al basaree said Whosoever sees something from his leader of sin, then let him hate whatever occurs from sin. And let him not remove his hand from obedience, since whoever removes his hand from disobedience and splits off from the Jamaa’ah (united body), then he dies the death of Jaahiliyyah
“The right of every Muslim whom Allaah has blessed with something of knowledge and understanding (fiqh), is that he enters upon the ruler to command him with goodness, and to prohibit him from evil, and to admonish him
: ‘‘There are three things towards which the heart of a Muslim never shows hatred or rancour: Making one’s action sincerely for Allaah; giving obedience to the rulers (wulaatul-umoor); and sticking to the Jamaa’ah . Since their supplication encompasses those who are behind them (i.e. those whom they rule over).’’ This narration was related by Ahmad (4/80), and at-Tirmidhee (no. 2567), and it was authenticated by al-Haythamee in al-Majma’uz-Zawaa‘id (1/137). Also where does this guy wanna live? europe, america, canada? all lands have issues. in SAUDI islam is established salah, zakah, hajj etc. to the brother i'll go so far to say that the quran u have in your home is from saudi. said is the largest producer and distributer of the quran to the world. so brother u benefit from that which u critiscize.
what is the point of this video. hmm i question it. speaking against the muslim ruler is not for the layman. the ulama counsel them in pvt NOT PUBLIC. maybe i'm wrong but is this guys beard cut and trimmed? who is he? in fact i'm not saying everything he is saying is wrong i'm saying his methods are not upon the sunnah.

Do take into consideration most countries in the gulf have been established kinda recently.
Well the people were there for thousands of years but the organized body is new and was supported by western regimes to get to the point theyr at now which ofcourse has its pros and cons.
But more importantly a bedoin people rushed into the 21 century in less than 50 years is bound to face critical problems when it comes to the implementation of islam.
God never intended for the religion to be forced upon the people , and do remember that upon its ascendance , islam was accepted voluntarily by the people for the most part.
Government role in islam is to enforce sharia law , the fate of islam and the brotherhood is in the hands of the creator , just as god promised to protect the holy book.
Arab nations especially in the middle east still have a future to look forward to and some unwise decisions could be disastrous for them.

I saw the transformation and the gradual strip down of our morals and ethics , it aint easy implementing the Quran in the 20st century , and proof of that is even the hardcore bedoins have relaxed the islamic regime but to a moderate degree.
Its easy speaking from the outside but i think we are doing a good job of keeping islam resonating in the minds of our youths.
those were not american soldiers in saudi it was some saudis dressed up for holloween lolol just joking great vide brother another block buster the saudi kindom has some islamic laws as decorations but to have a truly islamic state you must follow islam 100% not 40% i mean there better than some other countrys but thats not enough a muslim leader any muslim leader that has power over a land he must put 100% islamic laws not just some may allah guide the muslim leaders or break there backs
jazak Allah Khair! not to mention when saudi comes out of saudi arabia, they are more westerner than the westerners themselves, in dressing and socially mingaling in the society, sisters are somewhat better in the mingaling part but brothers have different strandards.
Yea, kingship in a Muslim country is worse than having a president. It's unIslamic to have a King. But having a leader to enforce the law is different. But the people living there arent supposed to worship the leader. Dang, I cant stand how they idolize their king. May Allah guide them to wake up and realize it is Haraam.
Abi al-'Awar as-Silmi (ra) reported that the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhe wa salam) said: "Beware of the doors of the ruler for they have indeed become a source of trouble and humiliation." (Saheeh ad-Dailamee, Ibn Mundah, Ibn-'Asaaki - See as-Saheehah: 1253)
My Community will be destroyed because of evil scholars and ignorant servants. (Darimi)
"Such a time will come to people that only the name of Islam and the image of the Quran will remain. Mosques will be prosperous on the outside, but will have no salvation in them. Their scholars will be the most evil under the sky. Corruption emerged from them and will return to them." (Bayhaqi)
Muhammad (saw) warned us of Ulama' as soo' (evil scholars) & those who make a living off of the rulers (ulama' as saliteen). We are ordered to have trust in Allah (swt) not in every action or in-action of those who are supposed to be foremost in promoting truth.
Lastly, SABR (patience) is a verb indicating action. I didnt say guns... but that is also an Islamic option.
Masha Allah great video and soo true , they will be judged the day off Resurrection and they will pay big time for what they did no dounbt about that bi idnilahe ta3alah. jazakalah kair akhi
well said brother, a great video, I always learn something new every time I watch one of your videos, I always asked myself these questions in this videos, why isn't the sharia law implemented on the royal families in our countries even if some of these countries claim that they implement sharia ? no wonder many muslims countries are in a state of chaos and humility exactly as prophet Muhammed (pbuh) warned us if we selectively implement the sharia.
hey man....alhamdulillah you have great videos and great knowledge...may allah make it prosper and grow, and make you amongst those in jannah.
I just have one problem. Many non muslims when they make fun of islam....in youtube videos....they change their attire when quoting verses...or making fun of Muhammad (s) so could you please, for those who might misunderstand you, explain it to them?
HQ 9:97 (Y. Ali) The Arabs of the desert are the worst in Unbelief and hypocrisy, and most fitted to be in ignorance of the command which Allah hath sent down to His Messenger. But Allah is All-knowing, All-Wise.
grr im from saudi arabia and i am AGAINST the royal family system here. it's disgusting the way people hang up their portraits around the schools and work places. they treat them like gods. its so disturbing astagfurallah.
@haveyouseenmypikachu Aki, may Allah Ta'ala strengthen his ummah and help us to remove the kafiroon from amongst our midst. May the lanaat of Allah Ta'ala be upon them and their Western masters.
i also personnaly believe that royal family of Saudi Arabia are a bit of a corrupt government because they actually went to WAR with fellow muslims such as iraq. also saudi arabia is supposed to be the land that supports, aids, and protects muslims across the world whether it is from natural disasters or invading kafurs
Saudis supported the Mujahideen and Muslims during the Soviet incursion into Afghanistan. They did this because America was ok with it...obviously not that America is in a war with Mujahideen and Muslims, Saudi Arabia is NOT allowed to fund the defensive, but on the contrary are doing everything possible to help the incursion of America into Afghanistan and other places.
Bottom line, the Saudi leaders are ass-kissers, and they like it, cuz they like the money.
i thought photographs were not haram, only paintings and made up pictures are haram because they are man-made, man CREATED those pictures which is haram. and photographs are not haram becasue it is not man-made, but instead, just are paper that actually captuerd a moment of time.
By Allâh, this video is spreading corruption, Imâm Ahmad said that 70 Tabi'un, the scholars of Islâm and the scholars of the world are in agreement (IJMA') that we have to obey the rulers even if they are unjust (Manaqib Ahmad, p. 242). And By Allâh akhi, your Da'wah is not the da'wah of the Messenger and the Sahaabah, you make stupid sound effects and act very un-islâmic (I.e. "Im Just sayin... etc"). The best thing you can do right now is to sit at the feet of the Rabaaniyyoon and learn.
my dear brother easyonetwothree, I understand the fact that you disagree with our brother dawahworks and don't share his ideas concerning this subject, but I don't think that you have the right to judge him and attack him the way you did, you were so aggressive and personal in your response which is the real unislamic thing here, and remember my dear brother, the way we deliver the message is much more important than the message itself
easyonetwothree, how many time do you gotta get spanked up and down before you get the picture?
Why don't you answer the brothers questions? If the Pseudo Salafiyyoon are upon the haqq than why not educate us ignorant deviants? The reality of the matter is that once you run out of scholar's quotes to parrot from your lips than you may have to actually use logic and your mind to understand this deen beyond the glossy books.
@easyonetwothree so even if the king decides to ally israel and america in the killing of our brothers in yemen and iran and whatever other muslim country left, we should agree and do nothing???? who in the world would support a corrupt evil leader where is your brain when you decide that all trust should be put in our leader no matter how stray he is from the right path you are pathetic

so what should we do if not even the "trusted" scholars will do anything
we need to hit the books so we have a right to decide what happens in our Muslim world and to the corrupt leaders of our world

is it true are we finally waking up to the blasphemous fact that there is a king ruling the land of the muslims
ok lets not attack all kings i mean the king of ethiopia was a very kind king who protected the muslims from persecution in the early times
but this one is the definition of dictator i dont care how many shiukh back him the only KING in islam is Allah (SWT)

Saudi arabia also has a nation anthem with musical instruments. not only is this imitating the kufar, it is nationalism and it is music.

We need to get the Saudi out of Arabia.
It is supposed to be part of Arabian Peninsula not "Saudi" Arabia. But unfortunately here we are today.

I didnt say guns... but that is also an Islamic option.

well said brother, a great video, I always learn something new every time I watch one of your videos, I always asked myself these questions in this videos, why isn't the sharia law implemented on the royal families in our countries even if some of these countries claim that they implement sharia ? no wonder many muslims countries are in a state of chaos and humility exactly as prophet Muhammed (pbuh) warned us if we selectively implement the sharia.

hey man....alhamdulillah you have great videos and great knowledge...may allah make it prosper and grow, and make you amongst those in jannah.
I just have one problem. Many non muslims when they make fun of islam....in youtube videos....they change their attire when quoting verses...or making fun of Muhammad (s) so could you please, for those who might misunderstand you, explain it to them?

i also personnaly believe that royal family of Saudi Arabia are a bit of a corrupt government because they actually went to WAR with fellow muslims such as iraq. also saudi arabia is supposed to be the land that supports, aids, and protects muslims across the world whether it is from natural disasters or invading kafurs
TheAfghanPride786 1 year ago 3
Saudis supported the Mujahideen and Muslims during the Soviet incursion into Afghanistan. They did this because America was ok with it...obviously not that America is in a war with Mujahideen and Muslims, Saudi Arabia is NOT allowed to fund the defensive, but on the contrary are doing everything possible to help the incursion of America into Afghanistan and other places.
Bottom line, the Saudi leaders are ass-kissers, and they like it, cuz they like the money.
SultanMehmed 1 year ago
@SultanMehmed ya, your totally correct. i guess saudi arabian government are are too scared of going to war with israel and USA.
TheAfghanPride786 1 year ago
@TheAfghanPride786
Means they have NO trust in Allah (swt) & like typical hypocrites they fear men & bow to the USA & Israel as "gods"...
But really, they are just as much enemies of Allah (swt) as USA & Israel & ALL the present rulers of the Muslim world.

"Im Just sayin... etc"). The best thing you can do right now is to sit at the feet of the Rabaaniyyoon and learn.

my dear brother easyonetwothree, I understand the fact that you disagree with our brother dawahworks and don't share his ideas concerning this subject, but I don't think that you have the right to judge him and attack him the way you did, you were so aggressive and personal in your response which is the real unislamic thing here, and remember my dear brother, the way we deliver the message is much more important than the message itself
peace

easyonetwothree, how many time do you gotta get spanked up and down before you get the picture?
Why don't you answer the brothers questions? If the Pseudo Salafiyyoon are upon the haqq than why not educate us ignorant deviants? The reality of the matter is that once you run out of scholar's quotes to parrot from your lips than you may have to actually use logic and your mind to understand this deen beyond the glossy books.
I'm just sayin....
