Sadly, it's not possible. The most you can get is Full Strip, Preserve, and Vulture at level 9.

With 3rd job, Shadow Chaser, it is possible but your server doesn't seem to have that implemented yet.

vcs falam que tem que jogar em lr pra ser bom? Cada rate tem seu tipo de build, seu tipo de atk e tudo mais, tem seus nerfs, seus buffs. low rate realmente vc tem que ser bom, mas hr vc tem que ter a cabeça completamente diferente, tem que usar bm, saber mexer com equips. nao vem falar que só lr que joga bem.
