Yezzir, Myles Kennedy is pretty much the best singer i've ever heard. You should check out Myles's band before Alter Bridge if you like him a lot. Look up "The Mayfield Four".

I've heard that this Creed tour and album is to fund Alter Bridge cause they are struggling with money right now and I've heard that the Creed reunion will only last the summer, but who knows. Alter Bridge is the better band with the better singer but Scott Stapp is good as well

That could be true, I also think that they might have had a contract agreement somewhere with Wind-UP back when Creed were around that they had to make a certain number of albums. So maybe this new album is to conclude that contract agreement, that has been rumoured too. Or maybe they just wanted to make peace with Stapp and also secure a financial future for themselves by doing this.
