Here's what I DID understand , my english isn't that well XD
Booth Doesn't remember wich brennan is standing his hospital room : his dream-brennan ( the wife ) or his partner . HH also says that season five starts 6 weeks after booth said "who are you?" , we will see how B&B dealed with it .

David wasn't there because his wife is 34 weeks pregnant. He made a video tape to explain to the fans why he couldn't make it and he revealed in this video that they're expecting a girl.

No his wife wasn't going to have the baby. David stayed with her in case anything happened. No false alarms, he was just prioritizing.
