Funny, because at the beginning of the video he looks pretty good. Has the shape of the average joe with some little weight around on the edges but he isn't fat by any means. considering his age, I would guess that most women probably would consider him very fit (relative to 90% of men at that age.)
Where he goes from there is a bit extreme... and unrealistic.
does anybody know how long he needed to get this transformation ? how many weeks or months does it took?

I watched the whole documentary and it was EXTREMELY hard for that guy to get there. After all he did get into competition shape and WON first place!
He also had a lot of injuries and went of diet a couple of times... Great respect for him.
