At first i got emus and they were horrible! They lasted almost a year. At the end of that year the whole bottom of the boot came off! Then i got uggs and they were the best! They are still in tact and i wore them almost every day of the winter.  I also got a second pair and they last soooooooo much longer! BUY UGGS!!!

Well ive had a past experience with Emus and I wasnt satisfied at all. I took care of them by myself, I didn't wear them every single day, and yet they still fell apart. The stitching came apart and the front got all dirty. But i have Uggs now soooo now I think they have a more durable and lasting fit than Emus. Just sayin...

uggs are uggly and made in china i still have my emus from last year i wear them a lot, they've survived through the rainy season, and have never stunk they're still in tip top shape. emu is also better quality, they're soles are more durable and they use double stitching. in conclusion emus are better :) and are actually made in australia not china. know your shit people.

I vote Emu. I got a pair of the black bronte hi suede with real merino wool inside for christmas. I tried on my friends ugg boots and the bottoms were very uncomfortable. my emus are so comfy that i wear them all day and they keep my feet and legs warm.

Uggs and EMUs have their own pros and cons. It depends on what your looking for.

Uggs are softer and they are more fluffier. Bigger brand name.

EMUs are water repellant, have arch support and keeps feet cool.

They are both made with sheepskin and sheep wool/fur, different quality but both good (and look alike). I have both, so I really can't choose. I wear Uggs on special occasions and sometimes to school but not alot because of no arch support, and EMUs, I wear more, outside and to school.

i own a pair of emu's. srry 2 say they r horrible quality, the fur isn't even fur, its scratchy and thin, the outside skin got ruined in a day in cool dry weather (no rain no snow no nothing) the outside skin slouches, and the inside fur starts coming off and flattening and wearing off in the inside. They used 2 fit perfectly now they r so loose. srry 2 say but emus r not my favorite type of this boot. Bearpaws were bttr, uggs even better

EMU boots are more genuine cuz they are been made in Australia, and is a Australian owned company! And on all genuine ugg boots, no matter what brand it says on the label: ''Made In Australia''! ugg it self is not a brand, but a Australia made term for sheepskin boots in Australia only!

UGG is the better product, better made, better shape. EMU is cheaper bacause they cut corners. EMU was once a manufacturer for UGG but now all UGGs are made in China as are EMU.
