@cobias Ed put some of this wank into Beat It where it fit perfectly but it also fits well enough into pop fluff Jump which forever disqualified it as the "best ever" or Ed as a real rocker in my opinion. Add DLRs prancing and preening, fluffing his hair constantly, this is Hollywood starlet silicon implants and collagen lips caliber music compared to heavy metal

@CatchinProjection I wasnt comparing it to heavy metal, and i agree on Roth...but this isnt the Roth era. And i was commenting on his playing, not where they fit in as far as metal. I will say the the Roth era albums were better than the Sammy era , but Sammy was WAY better live.

@cobias fans have tried to tell me Eds everything under the sun, incl. heavy metal. this turned out to be a lot of fakery as far as I was concerned and moved on. I agree on the signers.

@jimmyboy131 my question is - what was the point to this, in the long term? For him and those it appealed to? Whats this a fitting soundtrack to? This always makes me thin of those ricer cars you see in Walmart parking lots, guys showing off their extra loud fart pipes and super wide tires, octuple-bladed wipers, triple tiered spoilers, etc. Its all nice and loud and custom and expensive but its ultimately just made for the Walmart parking lot. And thats not all that spectacular

Thankyou so much for posting Ed's solo, and the whole show. The sound is amazing!! Reminds me of the good old days. I was in high school for the R.H.R.N. tour. I sure miss Ed's old sound. His guitar sounded great in '95 for the Balance tour, but I have not liked his sound since then. This video reminds me of the good times!!
