@Link4X64 Actually in Ruby and Sapphire, it does have grass. The background is different for Rayquaza in Emerald.

So if you see the grass background, then it's not Emerald. I know this because I'm SRing for a shiny one in Sapphire and it the same grass.

I caught mine just moments ago. I got it with just 70 soft resets, which felt like a couple minutes because I was studying for a test at the same time. :] TOTALLY worth it, it's not that big of a trouble and it's fully legit too.
