Concentrating on putting one foot ahead of the other helps take your mind off things. Try and see how long you can maintain being pissed off, annoyed and upset when you're looking out for children, little old ladies, muggers, Jehovah's Witnesses, 'p' dealers, parked cars skateboards and banna peels.
