@bulmung69 To get shiny Pokemon you can use a method called the Masuda method. This is when you get a foreign Ditto or any other Pokemon to breed with the Pokemon you want to get inside the egg.

For exaple, you want a shiny Umbreon, right? So go to the GTS station in your Heart Gold or Soul Silver game and use wi-fi to trade for a Ditto from another country. Then you can use your own Eevee or any other Eeveelution to breed with the foreign Ditto, and there is a greater chance to hatch a shiny.

@Shini3Daim0nDGames if you wanna get really happy make sure you give it a hair cut it will make pokemon really happier and give exp share and train other pokemon so evee will not faint and make sure evee's health bar does not go on orange or red always walk with your eeve always talk to every once and a while make sure you give it berrys when it dosn't feel good or when it's hurt make sure you train it in the wild pokemon (low leveled evee can't handle trainer battles)make sure the time is night

@AwesomeThingsILike travelling around with it, give it a soothe bell, get it some massages, the quick way is feeding it loads of berries that bring happiness or feeding it loads of boosting items, e.g. carbos, iron etc.

ooooooooooh, go onto smogon and look up RNG manipulation, basically whenever you enter the game you generate a "seed" and this seed affects whether or not you get shinies/31 iv eggs etc ( basically awsome stuff) and you can , using an RNG reporter choose which seed you enter the game eith by entering at a spedific time, so you can get cool stuff!( like shinies) If that makes no sense its because it doesnt !
