Great "monday morning quarterback". You can't see crap on the other video, so basically we have to just go off what you've said, with very little evidence to prove your point.Quite frankly, it would seem you just have a hard on against authority. Furthermore, you're 1:42 video in part one is exactly that, 1:42 seconds of a MUCH LARGER situation. Anybody can spin that however they want.
I also have videos of two of the homeless who were evicted describing what happened in their own words. I haven't posted them because of they're possibly evidence should court proceedings result from this incident. As soon as possible, they will be posted, and they corroborate my already-posted account. Until then, you'll have to take my word for it.
The homeless people are going to say whatever they have to say to get their 15 mins of fame. Not trying to be cynical but it just seems like maybe, just maybe, they shouldn't have been there in the first place and were being moved along. It's like the one guy in a line of 20 cars that gets pulled over for speeding. You can't catch them all, you do what you can, when you can. Good luck with your court case, I don't think you'll get anywhere, but good luck.
the difference is that the one car who was pulled over was breaking the law, as were all the others in the line. These guys were engaging in what the Supreme Court has decided, and the Postal Inspector's office has acknowledged, is Constitutionally protected behavior under the first amendment.
I'm going to reiterate my previous statement (not trying to cause a fight) that we're picking up on this confrontation midway as opposed to from the beginning. According to the narrator of this the people were nothing wrong. We don't see that they might have been harassing others for money, or littering on the property, or whatever. I guess we can't Monday morning quarterback without knowing the whole thing start to finish. (by video, as opposed to the narrators "view" of unfair.
All 5 of them were sleeping. These guys woke them to evict them. I observed it from their arrival, but it took a couple of minutes to get my camera out and boot it up, once it occurred to me that something worth filming might be happenning. By the time I did that, they had all been awakened, and 4 of them had exited. The audio starts as the 5th one is being told to leave the property immediately or he will be taken to the Federal lockup in downtown Miami.
I'm just saying, it would seem that anyone could spin anything with the right footage. Good luck in the future, I'd love to see some ACTUAL eviction footage, where you can clearly see from the beginning the lack of respect. In this vid, it seems we've got to just take your word for it. Not that you are, but there are some that are SO anti-anything government, that they'd post half a clip up here of a legit eviction and spin it negative.
Exactly the point. Why are they allowing the partyers to hang out there but evicting the sleepers except that they are Federal employees discriminating against a class of people, in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Equal Protection provision of the US Constitution?
Here's the problem. We're all assuming they weren't doing anything, based on what slferentz says. Not saying he's totally wrong, but he might have it out for LEO's, who knows, we never will based on the half footage of what transpired.

This site is dedicated to videos of government workers going above and beyond the purview of their jobs to abuse people's rights. Why would I post clips of something so routine that most people would consider it WITHIN the scope of their jobs?
You are obviously a huge retarded libral communist who has way toooooo much time on your hands! Guys like you make me absolutely fucking sick! Nobody wants homeless people in front of any business, U.S. Postal or not! If you have faggot feelings for these people, bring them home so they can steal your belongings and rape your wife! Not steal my mail and my identity!
OK, I'm a liberal communist for expecting Postal Inspectors, who are Federal government employees, to enforce Federal laws and to respect the rights of US citizens as defined in the US Constitution, the document which created and set forth the structure of the government that pays their salary, and as interpreted by rulings of the US Supreme Court, a majority of whom were appointed by Reagan and one or the other Bush, some of the most liberal communists I know of.
There was no possibility of theft; all the mail was locked inside the post office, which is closed at that time of night.
Agreed that nobody wants homeless people anywhere, but the Constitution provides for equal protection under the law, which gives them the same right to be there that you or I have, since it is a public place.
If you don't like it, leave the country or, better yet, start a ballot initiative to revoke the Bill of Rights and see how many signatures you get besides Osama Bin Laden, Kim Jung-Il, and Fidel Castro's.
Did anyone see the FedEX box in front of the post office, if your homeless whats with the cam, and how did you post this?

That is a public place, if your not doing anything they can't tell you to leave.

I was expecting to see a bunch of people dropping punch bowls with turds in them on packages and them ripping open every international package.
