Yes, but the thing about great film music is that once you finally get your hands on a copy of the music itself, sit down, put the headphones on and just listen to the music by itself you realize it doesn't quite make it. It's not as great as you thought and doesn't have enough content in there to stand on its own. You realize that a lot of the power came from the images. Cavatina (theme music of The Deer Hunter) is the quintessential example. So cheer up if you never find it, mate.

The song is by "Ty Unwin", not sure what it is called but it was composed especially for Nat Geo :( let us know if ANYONE manages to get their hands on it.

It seems like a great story but I was only able to see 5 minutes of "Imprisoned in Bangladesh" and that was all - I have searched all over the place and I have not been able to see the FULL EPISODE of Locked up abroad Bangladesh - Could someone here please download it?? I would love to see the full episode and I really like the series

This is such an emotive piece of music. I vividly remember the episode this was taken from; the story of Lia McCord, an American girl imprisoned for trying to smuggle drugs out of Bangladesh. Her story was so inspiring; she beat the odds and ended up getting a degree before working for NASA. There was also a great bit towards the end where we see the actress playing Lia sitting on a bench, then a bus goes by, and as soon as it passes we see the real girl sitting there on the bench in her place.

I too like this song. It sounds VERY VERY EASY to play. And once I find that note. the others can be found. Its sounds like its a C chord or key. Whatever chord it maybe, I am positive one of the notes is C ;)

@fridsade The last part of the song is A# G# G F...The first part is like C# and A#....Its not perfect...but its a start on how to play it. You need to play it one ochave above middle C

@misswen75 hey i am guessing its not anne niktin ... i searched furthermore i believe there is a guy who is visually impaired and is a super piano player. i cant quite recollect his name. he is the one it seems who created this theme.. but i couldn't find it anywhere. i tried mailing national geo india too .. but that didnt help either.
