It's background view is of the city's public housing facilities which are drab and dreary. The upper deck makes you feel like you're sitting a mile above the action and the players look like dots. no its fucking not, if u think the cell is in the worst part of town then u obv have never been anywhere in chicago. try going over to the west side by division and cicero and shit thats worst then where the cell is at. oh no one wants to drive there and leave there car anywhere near there? what? people drive all the time to the cell. the robert taylor homes were demolished 4 years ago again nice try. and no sitting in the upper deck dont feel like that, its steep but not high.

theres plenty of projects around the cell. the neighborhood is terrible too. ive been there a few times. 2 years ago the last time i went. its so shitty and its a dump
