does everyone stop in Moscow to help out a driver? in the three videos i just saw. i seen like 4-5 people stop and put their hazards on. here in America. we just drive on and say. "Oh shit. Thats one bad accident. Cool."

Look at right bottom side of the picture - there is a traffic light and it's go to green before the right car moves to the crossroad. The right answer - right car trying pass on red light.

Both drivers are guilty because...

DRIVER COMING FROM LEFT

1.He passed with red (because red lights 2 or 3 seconds before the green on the other street)

2.He was overspeeding without taking care of the other people on the street

DRIVER PASSING WITH GREEN.

1.He was overspeeding.

2.He passed without having sight on the intersection

3.He passed on the right the car that was yet starting but maybe this lane was also reserved for turning right.

The CLASSIC of the Yellow light. Right car had to be stoped when the Green light was blinking, and left-forward car didnt slow-down before the cross-road. Both drivers payed for their mistakes. DOT!
