I have been to Africa. Everyone has AIDS and everyone is starving. The whole continent is becoming completely desertified and everyone is a cannibal. White people are hated and called Devils. They eat albinos and circumcise all girls without using anaesthetic. There is a war in every country and millions die from typhoid daily. Malaria kills 500 million a year and the negroes eat anything that moves. Africa is Hell on Earth - do not go there.
Cape Town is beautiful and is a great city with lots of things to see and do, have done alot of travelling and Cape Town is one of my favourite cities i have been to, Cape Town is safe aslong as you stay away from the townships.
First time there last year what a beautyfull city and surroundings the Cape provincies, forsure the best city in SA and perhaps the best of whole Africa, have been in many African countries. Travelled by car to Wilderness, fine roads and what a scenery reminds me of the southern of France, forget Johannesburg and Durban - Cape Town has it. Greetings from another nice city Amsterdam
amazing how racism rears it's head in any south african video,,in the comments section.. so pathetic..racism is the height of ignorance ,,hey you have a different colour space suit then me,,you fail,, laughable..
We felt bad for Apartheid & allowed ourselves to become the oppressed now for 17 years, while they murder 1000s of us every year, take all jobs (reverse Apartheid), Get houses built 4 over our brothers the Coloureds in the Western Cape and as we live as squatters. The Western Cape was NEVER their land, we'll live happily with the Coloureds, they must get OUT of the Coloureds and OUR land, end BLACK NATIONALISM - VOTE FOR CAPE SEPARATION ww w . capeparty .c om
No place is really safe, anywhere. A friend and I were mugged at an ATM in Camps Bay. But I'd go back to visit in a heart beat. I really liked being in SA. I spent a month there in '99. We lived in a flat about 1/2 a click from the Upper Cable Way building in the upper part of Camps Bay.
I'm a South African currently on holiday in New Zealand, only been here 2 weeks but I've already seen it all... I wanna go home. I miss beautiful Cape Town too much!
It's gotta be tough getting places around here. The city is a whopping 900 sq. miles! It looks like it's nice through most of the city though. The roads have gotta be a blast! Definitely looks like the nicest place in Africa. And the weather is supposedly perfect year round.
South African brothers Hi, I'm from Uruguay. I wanted to thank you for the hospitality to our football team and the fellow who went to the world. I wish the best for South Africa, they deserve it. Uruguayan In every heart, there will be a little place in South Africa. Greetings from Montevideo, Uruguay.
Thank you for sharing this. It brought a lot of memories back to me. Oh, yes... Cape Town, the beautiful. That is what I call THE-ALL-THE-BEST-CITY. Nothing like it! Greetings from Brazil. I was there in 1985 and 1987. But getting back there soon.
damn ive been there last year and i must say, cape town is one of the most beautiful cities i've ever visited, and trust me, i've seen my fair share of the world.
@str8outta020 No doubt. Nothing is like Cape Town. I´ve been there in 1985 and 1987. Beautiful and magic. Getting back to Cape Town this year again, because it is simply unforgettable, trendy and cosmopolitan. Nice people there, too. It is unique. Greetings from Brazil.
I am from Cape Town and will gladly give info to anyone going there! It is definitely the most beautiful city in the world and you will need at least 8 weeks to see all.. after that you need a few more weeks to go up the coast and visit Knysna and Wilderness; then go further up past Port Elizabeth (Addo Elephant park) and East London with mile long stretches of beautiful clean rural beaches and ending up in Durban, a whole new world!
Hi there Dowlzy! Was offline for a few months.. The winters in Cape Town has always been wet as they have a winter rainfall... but after seeing the cold we have here at the moment...lol!! Nothing like that.. The coldest it will get over there is about 10 - 15deg's yr autumn clothes will do! Hope you enjoy yr visit and let me know if I can assist u in any way!
Sunset... sitting on the grass in front of the Blue Peter Hotel at Blouberg with a glass of Nederburg Crackling sparkling white wine...at the best prices ever... Now thats heaven!
I'm in Newry..., could'nt compare to Cape Town in any way...lol! Neither could Dublin for that matter.. Here in Ireland the old and the new seem to clash.. while in Cape Town it just seems to work...where in CT were you staying..? You'll have to bring a steel suit with if you want to swim...lol!! after the (5mt ) shark attack at Fishhoek yesterday...lol!!
I stayed in Camps Bay, we hired a car and travelled to Stellenbosch and Franshoek and travelled the Garden Route up to Plettenberg Bay we also travelled back via Route 62 - Klein Karoo. Would you recommend the west coast towns like Paternoster?
When travelling up the West Coast you will see that the scenery changes to semi-desert, with grass and small shrubs.. The water is too cold for swimming.. In spring many people travel up that way to view the vast stretches of daisies, that cover the hills.. I would however, go back past the Garden Route, as there is so much you would have missed the first time! Then travel further up towards Durban to discover unspoilt beaches where the crocs surf the waves...!
I'm still waiting for summer here in Ireland...! Think I missed it though! June is winter in Cape Town though so you can expect rain wind and cold weather...pity you cant go in Jan to March...even April is nice...! Not only is it the cheapest holiday ever...a castle beer is R8-00 (80p in sterling) cigarettes R25 (£2-50)The food is superb...you have got to taste South African steaks...So good luck! I'm homesick!
A friend of ours has just come back and he is raving!
I was a Capey all my life until 2008 ... now living in Ireland...and your video has simply made me homesick..! Braaivleis, Biltong, Boerewors... Snoek, Snysels en Suurvye konfyt...!!! I would do anything for a glass of Nederburg Crackling at this moment...!! Ai, dis lekker by daarie see..!! Keep it up... the music was also great..!
@WhiteTheTruth That is so not nice. Your name does go well with your racism. Could you say other ethnically sensitive things? The so called "WHITE THE TRUTH!!!" LOL You make me laugh. Open your mouth a little wider, and make more insulting comments.
@evolutionedit which still doesn't mean much. (Not to mention it's not quite true) As a tourist you should be fine, but a prolonged stay such as my 10 years, will definitely put you in between some nasty situations. I got stabbed on three occasions, had multiple cars stolen and our house in Durbanville got robbed many times, even though it was secured. Otherwise, beautiful city indeed! Just telling it how IT IS
@phill1666 I lived in a street in Marina Da Gama, Cape Town where the security guard was murdered, a neighbour was murdered, other neighbours were burgled at gun point, another neighbour was shot at (missed), and another neighbour killed his whole family and himself.
