  • no m8, heeres the translation:

i shud of learned this trik b4 the tutorial

  • he is rubish it is crab with all that writting ever second it is shit

  • that was way ttttoooo long dude

  • yea learn the trick befor u do the tutorial

  • DONT DO A TRIX BEFORE You can it 100%

  • Here is the translation.

  • 1. Before you begin

you should start with warming up your wrists,

abs and legs (just ride normally for a while :-)

I would recommend not wearing a belt while learning.

  • 2. Positioning

it's easier to learn when cranks are vertical (and pedals

    horizontal of course :-)

Put your stomach on the seat, so that you have your sternum

(j-n: is this the word for the place where ribs join together and the

ribcage begins?) more or less on the front of the seat. Grab both the tire

and the frame with your left hand. Right hand still keeps the seat in place.

Put the right foot on the pedal.

  • 3. Mounting.. start mounting with your right foot on the pedal and the left hand grabbing the tire. --- Then repeat the exercise, now with both hands grabbing the tire and the right foot again on the pedal. --- Now try to mount grabbing the tire with both hands but this time start with both feet on the ground and then put the right foot first and then the left foot. --- Now the last phase: do just like before but now try to put both feet on the pedals at the same time.
  • 4. Transition to superman At first try to draw up your legs lightly to get accustomed. Start with the same stance as before. --- Then draw up legs even more... --- To get better feeling of "the superman" you can flail your legs alternately. --- Now you're ready to try position your legs horizontally --- Then try to balance yourself horizontally for a longer time.
  • 5. Finally: the superman trick.

    ---

Now merge the superman and mounting

    ---

Don't get discouraged: you can make it!

    ---

Practise horizontal balance and fluent triansition. Good luck!

  • Heh i have same unicycle:D

  • english!

  • thats not a right superman...when you want to do it right you must start when youre sitting on your unicycle!

  • HAHAHAHA do you think that makes you good?

  • dude pretty good

  • Nice control

  • When you are doing supermans, you have to keep the pedals like you were jumping for getting back on, was that a superman mount, because you didnt do it starting on the unicycle, but otherwise nice tutorial.

  • cool but can not uderstand the writing

  • sorry, it's because I've made it especially for polish unicycle forum as a tutorial, but if u wish i can translate it for ya ;)
