BTW, the cobra only has around 320hp... its just a stock 32 valve 4.6 mod motor from a 97 mustang cobra. It is running better exhaust and a chip though...
So what do you think is done to it? I helped build this car, if you look under the hood, its just a stock engine. Stock intake, heads and everything. I believe it has about 50,000 miles on the engine. It just has the ffr cobra exhaust and a tune. All internals are stock. Its amazing what 300hp does to a light weight car. The car does suffer at high speeds though, where the aero of the car comes into play.
Wow, hostile. Obviously the lamborghini brand offers expensive and ostentatious vehicles with significant aesthetic value. This was not a statement of my personal opinion, it was simply something that I had heard which is why I asked whether or not it is considered a poor man's lamborghini. The other reason is because I am considering purchasing a lamborghini and therefore would like to know why there is, if there is, such a stigma surrounding this particular vehicle.
Gallardo is the baby lambo. In the fact its less powerful, smaller engine then the Murcialago. BUT, also lighter, more agile, and on a track provides the same lap times due to better handling, stopping etc. just less RAW HP then the Murcielago. deff not a poor mans lambo. Lambo dont make "poor" or cut corners to save a dollar.
Finally, a logical individual that can actually provide me with a cogent response. Thank you for taking the time to properly reply to my previous comment. I am still a bit divided between a Continental GT, Gallardo or a Murcielago. Personally, I am not concerned about the way other people view my vehicle but I was perplexed as to if and why such a frivolous rumor regarding a lamborghini exists. Thanks again for your time.
