all drug testing does is promote the use more dangerous drugs. any teen knows that weed can potentially be in your system for up to a month. so with basic teen exploration into new substances they will still do drugs but the ones such as coke, mdma, mushrooms, cough syrup. and alcohol with pose more danger to developing teens liver, kidneys and brain, which i may add are only in your system for 1 to 5 days. all this implies is do harder drugs and you will have less of a chance to get caught.

While I personally disagree with drug tests and am pro-privacy in all ways possible, no law should be able to prohibit a parent from using a drug test on their kids. It should be the responsibility and decision of the parent to educate and communicate with their kids, and make the right decision.
