The Bible clearly states that homosexual acts are a sin; God does not condone homosexuality. So we cannot allow gays to enter an apparent sanctified union before God.
A Civil Ceremony provides the same legal rights without the religious significance. Permit gays to enter a civil ceremony, but don't call it marriage.

I have not mistaken a single word I've said, which indicates we've actually reached the end your literacy. You failed to notice the term "recreationally," which points toward all sexual acts outside of reproduction. This would include oral, anal, foreplay, etc. You argument becomes weaker and weaker as you simply leave things out at your convenience. For instance, a man giving a woman oral is the same act, in an of itself, as a woman giving a woman oral, but it doesn't count? I see.
