first of all, she said "launch that fucker," not "launch that mofo".
second, i think the context in which she was using the phrase had to do with "launching" the Piano (represented by "fucker", in this case) really really far, or as far as they could...
you know, like, if you were going to throw a ball as far as you could in order to beat a world record or something, someone in the crowd might say yell something encouraging, something along the lines of, "throw that fucker!"
